You can check any account  weather it is verified or not  .
For that you need to login to your  paypal account and  follow the instruction given below :

Go to  this link :
 https://www.paypal.com/us/verified/pal=( enter any email address of paypal user  )

Example I  :
https://www.paypal.com/us/verified/pal=nareshlamgade@gmail.com

And see the result : 

See it says Not Paypal Verified , its means nareshlamgade@gmail.com paypal is not verified .

 Example II : 
https://www.paypal.com/us/verified/pal=nepalaimfosys@gmail.com

Result : 

See status : Verified 


In this way , you can check any paypal account status weather it is verified or not .
